Indian English Voice Over Artist in Hyderabad

I’m Susheel C, a neutral Indian-English voice over artist recording for Hyderabad’s pharma, life sciences, and IT services teams. I voice compliance training, product and mechanism-of-action films, and eLearning from my home studio in Chennai, fully remotely. You send the script and a pronunciation list, I send a free audition, and finished files usually arrive within 24-48 hours on working days. Same time zone, and no studio to book.

Why Hyderabad Life Sciences and IT Teams Choose a Careful English Voice

Hyderabad has grown into one of India’s most important centres for life sciences and technology. The content that comes out of both has something in common: it’s technical, it’s often regulated, and it has to be understood by audiences well beyond India.

That calls for a particular kind of read. My accent is neutral Indian English: clear, calm, and free of heavy regional inflection, so a sales rep in Hyderabad and a reviewer in Chicago hear exactly the same thing. In a medical or compliance script, a mispronounced drug name or a misplaced emphasis isn’t cosmetic. It undermines the credibility of the whole module, and it can send the file back through review.

Regulated content also tends to go through several rounds of sign-off. Working remotely means each round is a script change and a re-recorded file, not a fresh studio booking, so review cycles stay short.

Hyderabad Sectors and Clusters I Record For

How Remote Recording Fits a Hyderabad Review Process

  1. Briefing. Send the script, the audience, and how the audio will be used. For medical and pharma work, include a pronunciation list for drug names, compounds, and abbreviations.
  2. Free audition. I record a short excerpt of your actual content, so you can confirm the tone and the terminology before committing.
  3. Live direction, if you want it. Medical reviewers or brand teams sometimes want to listen in. Sessions run over Zoom or Google Meet, with Source-Connect available on request, with advance notice. They’re booked as scheduled time and priced accordingly.
  4. Delivery and revisions. Broadcast-grade 24-bit WAV, split and named to your spec, through Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or OneDrive. One revision is built in, anything I get wrong is fixed free, and pronunciation corrections are quick to drop in.

We share IST, and I work Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00. The voice over FAQs and service terms cover payment, delivery, and licensing.

The Studio Behind Your Hyderabad Recordings

Everything is recorded and finished in my studio in Chennai, so you get clean, consistent audio on every Hyderabad project without anyone having to travel.

For long courses I batch the recording and keep detailed notes, so tone and pronunciation hold steady from the first module to the last.

Frequently asked questions

Do you check the medical accuracy of our script?
No. I am a professional narrator, not a clinician, so I do not write or verify clinical content. What I bring is accurate, confident delivery of the script you approve, with careful attention to terminology, emphasis, and numbers.
How do you handle drug names and scientific terms?
Send a pronunciation list with the script, ideally with audio references for anything unusual. I confirm uncertain terms before recording, and the free audition lets your reviewers check them early.
Is compliance training priced differently from marketing content?
Usually, yes, because usage drives the price. Internal training sits at the lower end, while patient-facing or advertising material is a different product. Shorter pieces are priced by the total word count and full courses by the finished hour of audio.
Can our medical reviewers listen in while you record?
Yes. I run directed sessions over Zoom or Google Meet, and Source-Connect is available on request, with advance notice. A live session is booked as scheduled time and priced accordingly, so mention it when you send the brief.
Will a remote artist work for a global rollout?
Yes. I have voiced projects for clients across India and in more than 20 countries, and a neutral Indian-English accent is easy for international audiences to follow. Files are delivered split and named to your spec, ready for any LMS.
