A neutral Indian-English voice over artist based in Chennai — described by clients as conversational, soothing, metropolitan, educated and neutral. I favour a personal, intimate read over the announcer-ish, bombastic style.
Voice-over wasn't always my calling. I dabbled as a graphic designer in advertising, ran a design and web company, and to this day run a video production house.
That mix — design, advertising, production — is exactly why I read a script the way I do. I know what a brand is trying to say and who it's saying it to, so the narration lands as a conversation rather than an announcement.
I grew up in an English-speaking household in Chennai, and went on to study Visual Communication at Loyola College (2003). After a decade in photography and filmmaking, I started voice-over work in late 2019 — beginning with audiobook chapters and expanding to every genre since.
From New York and London to San Francisco and Prague, my home studio lets me deliver broadcast-quality audio to clients anywhere. An Indian voice over artist — for the world.
