Indian English Voice Over Artist in Bengaluru

I’m Susheel C, a neutral Indian-English voice over artist recording for Bangalore’s product companies, startups, and learning teams. I voice SaaS explainers, product demos, onboarding videos, and eLearning courses from my home studio in Chennai, fully remotely. You send the script, I send a free audition of it, and finished files usually land within 24-48 hours on working days. Same time zone, no studio to book, and no one has to travel.

Why Bangalore Product and Learning Teams Hire a Remote Voice

Bengaluru runs on English, on global teams, and on content that has to make sense to a user in Koramangala and a customer in Berlin at the same time. My accent is neutral Indian English: clear, educated, and easy to follow, without the regional weight that can trip up an international listener. That makes it a natural fit for products sold beyond India, which describes most of what gets built here.

Remote recording also suits the way Bangalore teams already work. Product, design, and L&D teams here run on shared documents, async feedback, and video calls. A voice over that arrives the same way, as a link in the thread, fits that rhythm better than a studio booking across town in peak traffic.

I lived in Bengaluru and worked in its advertising industry before moving to Chennai, so I know the brief-and-feedback loop that product marketers and agencies expect.

English Voice Over Services for Bengaluru Teams

Explainers and product demos

SaaS walkthroughs, app demos, launch films, and feature announcements that make a complex tool sound simple. The read has to be confident without sounding like an advert, and conversational without losing authority. See corporate and explainer voice over.

Course and onboarding narration

Onboarding programmes, product training, and full course libraries. These need consistency above everything: the same tone, pace, and pronunciation from module one to module forty, even when the modules are recorded months apart. See e-learning voice over.

Content for global audiences

Customer education, help-centre videos, and webinar intros aimed at users in the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. A neutral accent keeps the focus on the product rather than on the speaker. See neutral English voice over.

Podcasts and branded audio

Intros, outros, and ad reads for company podcasts and founder shows, recorded once and reused across a season. See podcast voice over.

Support lines and IVR

Menu prompts, greetings, and on-hold messages for customer support lines, delivered one file per prompt in the format your phone system expects. See IVR and on-hold voice over.

Bengaluru Sectors and Tech Hubs I Record For

Bangalore’s work clusters in a few well-known places, and each tends to need a different kind of read.

How Remote Recording Fits a Bangalore Release Cycle

  1. Briefing. Send the script, the audience, a reference video if you have one, and how the audio will be used. A product glossary helps. If the script is still a draft, my guide to writing a conversational e-learning script covers the six changes that matter most.
  2. Free audition. I record a short excerpt of your actual script, so your team can hear the read against your visuals before committing.
  3. Live direction, if you want it. Product managers and instructional designers sometimes like to direct. I’m happy to run a session over Zoom or Google Meet, and Source-Connect is available on request, with advance notice. Live direction is booked as scheduled time and priced accordingly; most projects are recorded straight from the brief.
  4. Delivery and revisions. Files arrive split and named to your spec through Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or OneDrive. One revision for a change of direction is built in, and anything I get wrong is fixed free.

We share IST, and I work Monday to Saturday, 09:00-18:00. A genuine same-day rush is possible depending on availability and carries a premium. The voice over FAQs cover payment and delivery.

The Studio Behind Your Bengaluru Recordings

Every recording is made and finished in my studio in Chennai, so the sound stays consistent from the first file to the fiftieth.

The result is crisp, low-noise audio that drops straight into your edit or LMS.

Who You’re Hiring for a Bengaluru Project

I studied Visual Communication at Loyola College in Chennai, spent years in graphic design and advertising, and still run a video production house. I started voice over in earnest in late 2019 and have worked from my Chennai home studio since, for clients in more than 20 countries. I record in English only. That production background is why I read a script the way the person who wrote it hopes it will be read. More on the about page.

Susheel was very fast with the delivery of the voiceovers. I’d strongly recommend him if you’re looking to hire a VO artist for e-learning / tutorial videos.

Beyond Bengaluru: Karnataka and the Rest of South India

The same remote workflow serves teams anywhere in the region, with files delivered the same way and no travel involved on either side.

Hear Samples for Bangalore Product and Training Work

Before you brief, listen to my explainer and e-learning voice over samples to hear the conversational read most product teams ask for, and read what buyers mean by a conversational voice over before you write the tone line in your brief. For budgeting, my guide to what a voice over costs in India explains the levers, usage, term, and territory covers what the licence includes, and how Indian English voice over artists work globally explains why this accent travels.

Frequently asked questions

Can you keep our product terms consistent across a whole course?
Yes. Send a glossary of feature names, acronyms, and anything your team pronounces a particular way, and I will confirm anything uncertain before recording. I keep session notes for ongoing work, so a module recorded next quarter matches the one recorded today.
Which formats do you deliver for Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate?
Whatever your tool needs. Broadcast-grade 24-bit WAV is the default, and I also deliver MP3 at the bitrate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or your LMS expects, split per slide, screen, or module and named to your convention.
How is an explainer or a course priced?
Shorter pieces, like most explainers and single product demos, are priced by the total word count. Full courses and multi-module programmes are priced by the finished hour of audio. Usage matters too: an internal onboarding module and a paid launch ad are different products, so tell me how the recording will be used.
What happens when our UI changes after the course is recorded?
I re-record the affected lines in the same setup, so they match the original files. Script changes after approval are quoted on the work involved, and they are usually quick to turn around.
Does the voice have to be recorded in Bangalore?
No. Remote recording is the standard for professional voice over, and a well-treated home studio delivers the same broadcast-quality audio wherever it sits. You get finished files without booking a studio or sending anyone across town.
